A letter of appreciation

Good day!

I live in Poland, and due to the current political tensions in the region, parcels, especially those from China, are subjected to thorough inspections. In my case, I received a request from UPS requiring me to ask sender to sign a document with the wording: "that the goods included in the shipment do not contain iron and steel products referred to in Article 3g... concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions... etc"

The team at Avionrc responded to my email within an hour. They promptly sent me a signed statement in two different variants, one of which was finally accepted! Huge thanks for such a quick response and assistance in resolving the issue.
P.S. UPS only gives 3 days to resolve such situations, and each additional day is subject to a fine.
