International Shipping

• We can ship almost anywhere in the world. International shipping option is DHL and is the quickest and the most effective way to ship worldwide.  Typically DHL only takes about 4-6 days to deliver to most countries. Remote areas wil take about 7-10 business days

• Shipping address must be linked to your Paypal Payment and we do not accept requests to ship to alternate shipping addresses

• All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours

      Damaged or Defective items

• All BNF models are tested before shipment to guarantee the highest quality

• In case you received a damaged or defective items, please contact us at support@avionrc.com within 5 working days after delivery

      Restocking Fee

• You can return any item you purchase from us for a refund but we do not responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be completely unopened and not damaged. Item will be inspected before issuing a refund. We will not issue a refund if item is damaged or used. Item must be returned within 2 weeks for a full refund and 20% restocking fee will be applied after the 2 weeks period.
